All my packages can be personalised to suit you and the services you require from me so please do not hesitate to contact me if you feel you would benefit from more or less support than what is outlined in my Standard Package
Standard Birth Package

Free consultation so that you can ask any questions and check that I am the doula that you would like to support you through this wonderful time.

Two antenatal appointments where we will go through your fears, various birth options, pain relief, birth plans and prepare you body and mind to embrace your birth.

Unlimited contact via text and email throughout your pregnancy.

Hire of all my pregnancy, birth and motherhood books and tens machine.

I will be on-call for you from 38 weeks until your baby is born.

Continuous Physical and emotional support during your labour.

Two, two hour postnatal visits to support you with anything you need from feeding, sleeping (you or the baby!) light housework or help with diner and older children.

*a mentored doula has completed a Doula UK approved Course and is involved in Doula Uk's Recognition Programme. This means they have a mentor providing support and supervision within a framework for reflective practice until they have gained sufficient experience to become a Recognised Doula*
